Connor Ramlo

Mr. Ramlo is Corporate Counsel at Proterra.

Prior to Proterra, Mr. Ramlo was a finance and restructuring attorney with Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP in Boston, Massachusetts. During his tenure at Choate, he represented borrowers, banks, non-bank lenders, and other financial institutions in a range of financing and restructuring transactions. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ramlo was as an analyst within Mutual of Omaha’s Alternative Investments team, focusing on private equity and credit fund investments.

Mr. Ramlo earned a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University’s Heider College of Business.
