Sam Throldahl

Mr. Throldahl is a Financial Analyst within the Fund Accounting team at Proterra.

Prior to Proterra, Mr. Throldahl worked forCliftonLarsonAllen’s Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Group as a Transaction Tax Associate, where he conducted tax due diligence and provided tax consulting services.

Mr. Throldahl holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Minnesota State University Mankato.
